Now that Bill is out of the ICU information doesn't come as easy. Once I was able to speak with his nurse she told me that he is in stable and fair condition. I am thrilled to hear the words fair condition!
Good news, he doesn't have a fever and he is off of all IV fluids. The lab tests will let us know in the morning if he still has an infection. They were able to change out his chest tube and help him sit up in bed for a few minutes. He has been eating and hopefully he will get an appetite soon.
