Surgery today

Bill had surgery today (8hours) on his right lower arm, his left upper arm and his back. Surgery went well and his fever is coming down (currently at 99.7). They have him on antibiotics to get rid of any infection he may have. The test results from the lungs won't be back for a few more days. They are changing his medications a bit to encourage him to wake up but still being comfortable. If this is was his last surgery then the next step is to get him breathing on his own. - This report came from Christine.
