Seatbelt question

I had a chance to talk to a lawyer (that specializes in vehicle injury claims) in the office today. We reviewed the pictures that Terry took of the vehicles. He said Bill was wearing his seatbelt or he would not have stayed with the truck. With the force of the crash he would have been ejected on impact.
